Palestinian lies exposed once again - but will anybody listen?

The French Supreme Court acquitted, on Wednesday, Dr. Yehuda David of Tel Hashomer Hospital of slander against a Palestinian who claimed he was wounded by the IDF during the second intifada.

The incident received worldwide coverage when the Palestinian, Jamal al-Dura, and his 12-year-old son Muhammad, were caught in the crossfire between IDF soldiers and terrorists in Gaza during the 2nd Intifada.  During this tragic incident, the boy was killed and the IDF was blamed by the world's media for his death.  Even today, this incident is touted by Israel's detractors as evidence of Israel's inhumanity.  The IDF claimed and even provided proof that the injuries that caused the boys death were the result of Palestinian shooting - needless to say, this was ignored by the media.

 Following the death of his son, Jamal al-Dura claimed that he had been injured in  the attack and displayed scars which, so he claimed at the time, were the result of his wounds.  This caused Dr. Yehuda David a doctor at Tel HaShomer Hospital to reveal that the scars were the result of surgery performed on the father some years earlier, after he had been attacked by Hamas thugs who accused him of collaborating with Israel.

Last year, Al-Dura sued the doctor in a French Court and the court found in favor of the Palestinian.  Dr. David refused to accept this judgment and has waged a battle through the French Court system to prove his claims.  Yesterday he won his fight to clear his name when the High Court reversed the earlier decision.

In a statement made after the decision, Dr. David said: "Over 12 years we have collected irrefutable scientific and medical evidence that proves the alleged incident was staged!  We have now proved conclusively that the Israeli army did not shoot the father and was in no way responsible for the boy's death."

Once again, the Palestinians have been caught lying and falsifying information to make Israel seem to be inhuman and evil.  Once again the world's media rushed to publish their version and blame Israel.  Once again, they will ignore the proof presented them today!
