EVP offers an unforgettable experience to meet Israeli soldiers face to face and bring a smile to their faces and at the same time give our volunteers an unforgettable experience where they get to travel across Israel to different IDF units to set up a “pop-up” kitchen in the field to prepare and serve meals such as fresh falafel, burgers, schnitzels, shawarma’s and BBQ’s in one of our mobile kitchens/grills and BBQ’s. This is a unique opportunity to build bonds of friendship between you the IDF and Israel.
This is your way of saying “Thank you for your service” to our brave soldiers who are risking their lives as Israel’s first line of defense, protecting the land and its people from the enemies that surround it.

Spend a day cooking Burger meals for Israeli troops at their bases. We depart from our Jerusalem HQ at an army base near Jerusalem and drive to an IDF unit “somewhere in Israel”. Working with our experienced and professional team you will cook and prepare a delicious hot meal for the troops. At the end of the day, drive back to our Jerusalem base where you will be awarded a certificate of appreciation for your work before continuing your vacation.
For a more in-depth experience this option offers you even more opportunities to meet the young men and women who defend Israel. Travel to a different IDF base each day and bring a smile to even more faces. Spend the night in our training center on an army base near Jerusalem. Meet more IDF soldiers when you enjoy a hearty supper before returning to the training center to rest and relax before tomorrow’s adventure.
At the end of your second day, we return to our Jerusalem base for a brief awards ceremony before you depart to continue your trip to Israel.
This is our most comprehensive IDF Experience. You stay at our brand-new Jerusalen training center and participate in an on-site, specialized program. Learn how to prepare, cook, and serve food using our state-of-the-art mobile kitchens. Travel every day to a different army base to meet new faces and make new friends.

Friday morning, after a great breakfast at our Jerusalem training center, you take part in a ceremony and be awarded a certificate honoring your efforts for Israel’s soldiers. After the ceremony and a final farewell, you depart to continue your stay in Israel.
